Generally, the animals with which From The Heart Animal Rescue works are those that others have either rejected or would euthanize. It may be because of injury or illness, because the animal needs bottle-feeding, or because the animal is too shy to “show well.” No matter from where the dog comes, each animal is given individualized care, rehabilitated and medically treated as necessary, then placed for adoption into a permanent, loving home.
We take pride in offering
the best care possible, from top quality food to expert medical attention,
until the animal is permanently placed. Treating and rehabilitating
these wonderful creatures takes time, love and money. We
have the time and love, but we don’t always have the money. Medical bills for a parvo pup may run up to $500, but no matter what
we have spent on the animal, our adoption fee remains $100. We must rely on donations to help us continue our work.
We come to you with hat-in-hand and our hearts on our sleeves. We ask you to consider joining our “Little Miracles Club” or becoming a link in our “Chain of Love Club” by donating money to help treat, rehabilitate and place the wonderful creatures placed into our care. As From The Heart is comprised solely of volunteers, every penny received through donations is used for the care of the animals. It is never used for salaries or administrative expenses.
The decision as to who lives and who dies, just because we can’t afford to accept a dog or cat when the need arises, is a heart-breaking one! Please show the homeless animals you care from the heart -- make your gift today…
