Hi! My Name Is Banshee

I'm in the Recovery Room - I'll Be Available Soon

I was dumped at the shelter by my previous owner. I had a big lump on my leg and they didn't want to take me to the vet. The shelter called From The Heart to see if they had any room so that I could go into rescue.

Fortunately, someone volunteered to take me in! We had my lump tested to see if it was a cancerous tumor or just an infection. Unfortunately, the lump ended up being cancer. The cancer had already eaten away some of my bone and was very painful. The only option was amputation. I had my front leg amputated, and I've never felt better!

I'm a very playful and loving girl. Oh,, and by the way, even though I only have three legs, I can run and play with the best of them -- I'm just not too much into jogging.
