I came to rescue after I wound up at animal services after my human dad died. Senior gals like me often don't do well in the shelter. It's a very stressful environment. We aren't often adopted and it takes a toll on our health!
A nice foster family offered to take me in so that I could live in the comfort of a home.
I have been checked out by a vet and I'm in great health! From The Heart took good care of me! I had a mammary tumor removed and had a dental done. I'm ready for a family of my own now!
I get along with other dogs. I'm not super snuggly. I'm independent and I like doing my own thing. My favorite pastime is wandering around outside smelling all the scents in my yard! I do enjoy going for short walks. I'm older and have a bit of arthritis so I don't go too far, but I still really enjoy it!
I'm not on any medications and I'm in good health.
