Welcome Milo to the pack!
His elderly owner was no longer able to care for him and family members took him in with the intention to rehome him. When they were unable to rehome him, they went to the vet to request euthanasia. There was nothing medically wrong with Milo and thankfully the vet was able to get the caretakers to surrender him to rescue.
Milo is about 10 years old and weighs in just under 15 pounds. He has been settling into his foster nicely and making new friends with the resident dogs. He seems to be crate trained and asks to go outside.
We are going to give him a few days to decompress and then he will be ready to take on his next adventure looking for a family to love him forever.
