Rascal was found taking himself for a walk. With no microchip or tags, we had no idea where he belonged. A found dog report was filed but no one ever responded.
Rascal is young and full of energy. Besides seeing how fast he can run around the backyard; his favorite thing is to sit on your lap and stare into your soul. Seriously, if you have a phone habit you'd like to break Rascal is for you. He must have all the attention and will push your phone out of his way to get it. He can also be very sweet and snuggly when it's nap time.
