Roger was picked up as a stray and taken to the shelter. His eye was protruding and he had tire marks on his fur. It seems he was hit by a car. It was decided it was too late to save his eye so it was removed. Even with all the pain he was in, Roger was still all about giving kisses and wagging his tail.
Roger loves to be with his people. And belly rubs. He really loves the belly rubs. Roger is just like his description says, 5 pounds of snuggle. He likes to lay next to you on the couch while you watch TV or work on the computer.
Roger would do well in a home with older children and at least one other dog to hang out with.
