I came to rescue after a Good Samaritan picked me up off the streets. I wasn't microchipped and despite all their efforts, my old family never came forward for me.
The nice people that found me reached out to From The Heart to see if they had room in rescue for a nice dog like me. An angel volunteer with From The Heart knew an older gal like me didn't deserve to be abandoned on the streets so she volunteered to take me into foster care!
From The Heart got me in to see a vet where we discovered that I have dry eye. I will be on eye drops for the rest of my life. Luckily, it's not very expensive and I take my eye drops like a champ!
I'm incredibly sweet! I am affectionate and want to be where you are. I love sitting next to humans on the couch! I'm quiet and get along great with other dogs. I even know how to use the doggy door and take myself out when I need to potty!
